1c trade management 11.3 setting item prices. Advanced setting of item prices. Document “Setting item prices.” Price types

In the Trade Management 11 configuration, it is not possible to set prices based on multiple Goods and Services Receipt documents, nor to set an arbitrary percentage of the base price and a rounding value for calculating the price - this processing fills this gap. The processing retained all the functions of the standard price setting document. The calculation is carried out on the basis of the dependencies specified in the form of prices.

Processing usage example:

There is a price type calculated according to information security data (for example, receipt price) and price types that depend on it (retail, wholesale, etc.) calculated as [Receipt price] * coefficient - necessary to establish the dependence on the base type of price

2. Processing allows, in contrast to standard mechanisms, to specify an arbitrary percentage of markup on the basic type of prices, or to load current prices. You can process the entire item from documents or only selected lines.

The processing is logged as linked object creation processing. For Trade Management version no lower than 11.1.5.8

The program has been so proven to work that we can give such a guarantee with complete confidence. We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Pricing in the 1C Trade Management program (UT 11) 11.2 is carried out in a special workplace, which is located in the section « CRM and marketing." In Group "Prices and discounts" there is a team "Prices (price list)".

In this workplace on command "Form" You can start selecting product items. The following commands are available to us: "Change prices". Can be installed in "Options" flag "Calculate prices automatically"- then dependent prices will be automatically recalculated when the base price changes.

Flag "Show old prices" is used to make it possible to quickly compare current established prices with newly assigned ones.

Let's try to set item prices.

Let's select the product group “TVs”. Selection can be done: “By hierarchy”, or “By nomenclature” or “By properties”. Then the types of nomenclature will be available to us.

You can also switch to expanded view, and we will have access to a data composition system where we can set arbitrary conditions for selecting our items.

By button "OK" the item will be added to the list for further pricing.

On the tab "Price list columns" You can set flags corresponding to the types of prices that we will set in this case. Right now I have all the flags checked as I will be setting all the prices. Click "Ok".

The 1C Trade Management program (UT 11) 11.2 automatically selected the nomenclature that meets the established conditions.

If you enable the “Show old prices” flag here, then in the 1C Trade Management (UT 11) 11.2 system another column will appear in which existing, already set, prices will be displayed.

We will set prices for our product range. For the first position - Panasonic TV - the price will be 9,000 rubles, and for the second TV the price will be 10,500 rubles.

I manually entered the purchase price, since in the 1C Trade Management (UT 11) 11.2 configuration I do not yet have the data to automatically calculate it.

My wholesale and retail prices are determined based on the purchase price, and when you specify the appropriate values for the purchase price, the wholesale and retail prices are calculated automatically.

Next, click on the button "Apply changed prices", a document will be created on the date specified in the corresponding field “Setting item prices”, which will set the completed prices. Go to the list of documents “Setting item prices” possible with the appropriate command "History of price changes". A corresponding window opens, where we see our document, which was just created by the 1C Trade Management program (UT 11) 11.2. You can also display a report in this workplace "Price list". The 1C Trade Management system (UT 11) 11.2 displayed the prices we registered.

Please note that there is a flag in the report settings “Show remaining goods in warehouses”. But now I don’t have any remaining goods in stock, so this information is not displayed. IN "Settings" you can change the structure, specify the rules for generating information output - now we will not dwell on this in detail.

Thus, in the 1C Trade Management program version 11.2, prices are set (pricing) and a price list is created for our product range, for our goods.

The 1C: Trade Management 8 program, edition 11.3, allows you to both enter prices for goods directly in sales documents, and pre-set prices and calculate them automatically in different ways. Let's look at some basic pricing features implemented in 1C:UT 8.

Principles of working with price types

If a trading company sells goods at different prices with different payment methods, then the information base must include the use of several types of prices. To do this, use the corresponding flag in the CRM and marketing settings.

Master data and administration / Setting up master data and sections / CRM and marketing, subsection “Marketing”.

Setting up the calculation for each price is carried out in the directory of price types.

Setting prices for goods (manual or automatic) is done using the document “Setting item prices”, which can be created on the basis of a receipt document or through the “Prices (price list)” workplace.

The prices are then applied in the sales and transfer documents.

The program provides three options for setting prices:

  1. manual assignment (discussed in the article),
  2. markup on the entry price,
  3. markup on another type of price.

Let's take a closer look at the second option.

Setting a price with a markup on the receipt price

We assume that the planned cost of electric vehicles (hoverboards) will be 5% more than the cost of receipt of these goods. It is necessary to enter the planned cost in 1C as a price type, automatically calculate it and set it for goods.

Let's open the directory of price types.

CRM and marketing / Settings and directories / Types of prices

Let’s create a new view using the “Create” button. In the form that opens, you should indicate the following characteristics of the price type:

  • The name is arbitrary (in our example: “Planned cost (electric transport”).
  • Identifier for formulas – filled in automatically based on the name, editing is possible.
  • Status. The status is automatically set to “Valid”.
  • Price currency. By default, the management accounting currency is selected; if you use another currency, you need to specify it (in our example, we select the ruble).
  • "The price includes VAT." If the flag is not set, then if VAT is applied, the price will increase by the amount of VAT (in our example, the flag is set).
  • "Use". Selecting a use case. In our example, select “When entering based on delivery documents.”
  • Method of setting the price. This is the way in which the price will be assigned or calculated in the future. By default, the available options are manual assignment, markup on the receipt price, markup on another type of price. In this case, we choose a markup on the entry price. After selecting the method, entering the markup percentage becomes available; indicate 5% (for our example).
  • Rounding accuracy. If the flag is not set, the price will not be rounded. When the flag is checked, the choice of precision and rounding option is available. In our example, the accuracy is 10%, rounding occurs according to arithmetic rules.

Let's write down and close the price type.

Calculation and setting of prices based on the receipt document

After the type of price is entered into the directory, it is necessary to calculate and set this price for specific goods. In our case, the calculation and setting of the price will be performed on the basis of the receipt document.

Let's find the receipt document for the required goods (in our example - hoverboards; the procurement operation is discussed in articles and). To do this, open the purchase document journal.

Purchasing / Purchasing / Purchasing documents (all)

Let’s open the required receipt document, or simply select it in the journal, and click on the “Create based on” button and select the “Set item prices” command.

The “Setting Item Prices” document has been created and automatically filled in. It reflects the goods from the receipt document (in the example - one product “Hoverboard 1”), the price of receipt, and the calculated prices for this product.

Important. When entering “Setting item prices” based on a receipt document, prices for which the use of “When entering based on delivery documents” is specified are automatically calculated, as well as prices for which a markup for this type of price is specified.

All automatically calculated prices are available for manual editing; the edited value will be saved in the information base after posting the document.

You can change the composition of calculated prices in the document “Setting item prices” by clicking the “Go to changing the composition of price types” button at the bottom of the document. Then you should click “Change prices - Calculate calculated (according to information security data and formulas)” to calculate the newly specified prices.

Let's post and close the price setting document. It will be saved in the corresponding journal (the journal is accessible from the “Prices (price list)” workplace using the “History of price changes” link). Now the price for the product has been set, it can be used in documents.
